Massachusetts Schools are now allowing children as young as elementary school to be given condoms WITHOUT their parents having to know!
“We know that sexual experimentation is not limited to an age, so how does one put an age on it?” asked Superintendent Beth Singer.
So, is this like wayyyyy too young? Or are these kids just going to make balloons out of them?
